This workshop empowers university educators to integrate sustainability into their teaching practices, aligning with UNESCO’s Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) framework (UNESCO, 2020). Participants will learn how to foster critical thinking, systems thinking, and participatory approaches in their courses. The workshop highlights cutting-edge pedagogical practices, including problem-based learning, interdisciplinary teaching, and using digital tools to model complex sustainability challenges (e.g., Sterling, 2021; Wiek et al., 2011).
